Fresh noodles in Paris

"I went with my two nephews and we had dimsum, vietnamese noodle bowl with eggrolls and beef, spicy green beans and beef noodle stirfry. The green beans were amazing and very spicy. I have had beter dimsum at other restaurants, but they were still good. The sauce for the noodle bowl and eggrolls was a light, sweet vinagerette which was nice. The best part was the attentive service. The woman that served us was so nice and just happy to meet our needs. Everything was quick and delicious."

"Always the best quality of food and service! Freshly cooked noodles, made (hand-stretched) right in your sight! Soups are very nicely made, tastes like homy food. My favorite is fine wheat noodles (ramen) with duck. Ambiance is lively, typical for Chatelet district. Highly recommend, and always revisit with pleasure myself!"
